Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa over the death of his father, late Chief Arthur Okorie Uzoma Okowa, popularly called AOU, the Okpara-Uku of Owa-Alero.
The Governor was accompanied on the trip by some top government functionaries including Hon. Gabriel Onyenwife.
